From what I've seen on here, lots of them arrive this way. People just straighten them out, or has anyone actually sent one back? Mine is not as bad as some I've seen, just a few feet of it got ovalized. Any tricks on getting roundish again?

Some people have just stick a 2 X 6 in them and rotate it. Since it isn't a full six inches the board won't get it exactly round. I just smack'em between my hands on the sides and they straighten out fine.

Might want to leave it ovalized till you get it down the existing chimney if you already have tight clearances.
The round it out by hand after its through.
