Standard brush on sooteater rods?

Imho, no. The standard brush has what appears to be a 1/4"? npt fitting. The sooteater i have has a keyed-like end. I guess you could modify an end to make this work, but I doubt the rod will hold up well. I would think modding a rigid rod would be more advantageous with the exception of causing the brush to unscrew in the vent if you turned the rotation the wrong way.
