I was able to get the day off yesterday and my installer had in all done in 3 hours.. fired THE BEAST up last night and WOW
!! does this thing crank out heat..
only thing that kinda sucks is I had to use 2 spinning elbows to get around a joist does that create a problem?
I didn't let it burn all night because I am unaware how the stove reacts ,, we had THE BEAST going about 7 hours and put him down for the night,,
woke up to a chilly 11 degrees this morning( outside lol) 330 am,, brrrrrrrrrrrrrr cranked the beast up and burning like a champ..
OH ya we get smoke some in the beginning lol.. new paint and gaskets I assume.... nothing between the joints..
couple questions,, stove pipe is suppose to be 18 from wall ,Im 20 and the wall seems warm..
have a gage on stove pipe and was steady at 325 and wow was that hot.. LOVE IT and its a wood eater thank you again
will add to front of hearth this weekend and just added the shield free standing for tonight,,,,,
