I think they'd be best served by searching for it on the site. Theyll be able to read positive "I really like this stove!" And "This stove is horrible!" Posts. They will get a really good idea on what is needed to get the stove to run optimally and whether its a good fit for their needs.

It's a common value insert and a good performer. There are lots of posts on this stove.

Soild but no flashy. Robust but not stupid proof with the vermiculite baffle. Satisfied with the quietness and air flow of the blower. Overdrafts on 24’ of insulated liner.
