Where can I find the serial number on this brand? Please tell me its NOT in the back..... If it is then what is the best way to access it without completely destroying the insert. We are selling our house and the realtor needs it...

Sorry but this model has been long discontinued. Most inserts have the UL label on the side or back of the insert. The realtor may just have to live with a picture and model number. You have plenty enough to do if moving without this hassle.
