So I have my stove dialed in perfect, nice heat and clean burn pot.. Shut down the stove briefly to get the ash out and I noticed it was all white. Is this good? I think it is but I might be wrong idk [Hearth.com] White ash?

i get the same some times. depends on the makeup of the pellets you are burning. not sure what residue it is exactly but it is nothing to worry about. i have read references to it in other threads but can't remember exactly what makeup it is supposed to be.

I would say you are dialed in perfect on your stove and burning good pellets!this is what I see burning Somersets!

Nothing to worry about. I get that when she is dialed in nicely.
