Whitfield Control Board Pots/knobs hard to Turn

Seems I remember coming across this problem but can't seem to find it on the board. I have a 1995 Whitfield Advantage III that the control knobs are getting hard to turn up and down sometimes, is there any cleaner to help this problem? Other then this it still functions fine and is a great stove!

If you can get to the back of the pots, try a local electrical supply...ask for "contact cleaner". Or try Radio Shack:
