Will a Vermont Castings Encore heat the house?

That is true, but the 2.4 cu-ft fire box is pretty big for 1350 sq-ft. If I had access to one for free, I’d certainly bring hooking it up to try.

Note I heated my shop with this stove before I insulated the ceiling (it struggled), but now with R38 im sure I could turn it into a tropical climate.
