Why two circs on your zones?

You will also need a pressure regulator on your fresh fill line.

Is this an unpressurized open boiler? If so you should have your hx between boiler and storage - the way that is drawn your storage is open too? If not, you only need a hx on your dhw. Not understanding or can't make out the piping where hot water comes out of your boiler. Might be me but that all looks like a mix of different schemes that won't do what you want.

Ok take a look at this. Not sure if it answers all your questions but we're getting there! LOL! Look at the marked up attachment. Is this going to be your pump arrangement? If so disregard the recommendations I made in the Danfoss manual earlier. You will need a Danfoss suction model at 140 degress. I'm probably missing something on your buffer tank arrangement? It only shows a supply line.

The flex fuel 30 is unpressurized. The buderus g115 pressurized. The pump near the zones is a ifc one, theres a pump on the return line per flexfuel manufacturers schematics for my set up, the farthest to the right pump connects from the first storage. For the balancing valve, I need to add a pipe from the supply to the return?
