I have a 15 year old Beckett oi heater and this year again.
I replaced my pressure relieve valve last ear because I notice the bucket underneath the valve was getting filled with water. I installed this new one and that is spilling over after the boiler stops running for 20 seconds and it not all the time. Should I try another one ? is it the wrongs psi what would cause this to happen? I sure I matched the setting and specs of the original one I wish I saved the old one . Any advice or help would be great I hate having to rememberind to emptying the bucket each week

There should be a gauge where you can check pressure.
Could be your expansion tank needs attention.
