We have been running our stove now for 5 winters and about the 2nd year into it we noticed that after operation of about an hour the Primary Air control arm would stick at the position you last left it in and you can't move it at all. We don't remember this happening in before. Support was contacted and they indicated this was normal and apparently the unit takes over.

This seems to contradict the manual and this "feature" does not seem to be mentioned anywhere. Any comments? When we add wood we can no longer control air flow after a point in time until the unit cools down.
