I got the chance to take a few trees at a relatives place. Big dead oak that was uprooted along with a walnut. Both trees were partially down and hung up on other trees. The oak was easy, cut it at the base and it fell over. The walnut I was concerned about so I strapped it to the duramax and pulled her down. Enjoy the pics. [Hearth.com] Bringing down a walnut.

Here's a pic of the huge red oak on the property. Can't imagine how old this tree is.

Top picture is ash rather than oak. You have some nice firewood there.
