My question is my bottom auger jams up. Ive had it out several times and cleaned both the auger and tube. Its still jaming some how. Any suggestions on whats wrong

England Stove has a good troubleshooting section to help you align augers. I do recall stoveguy2esw commenting that they have to be properly aligned. (broken link removed to http://www.heatredefined.com/assets/images/general/PU047040_replaceandalign.pdf)

Bearing parts: block bearing & gasket (gasket separate); two needed for each stove. Besides England stoves, these folks also carry parts... just to give you an idea of pricing and what they look like.

Couple of other things I thought of ... dollar bill test on gaskets to rule out intermittent vacuum problems; switch power supply between top/bottom augers to rule out auger motor going.
