Since I switched to wood as a primary source of heat last year, I want to try and estimate my emissions change. Previous to wood, I was using a 20 year old natural gas powered furnance/forced hot water/base board set up. That is now my back up.

Anyone have any links to data or calculators about how much a CO2, CO, etc. residential natural gas or oil fired systems give off?

I'm an AP environmental science teacher and am always looking for good links to calculators or formulae for my students to use.

Thanks.
