So I have been looking at liners. What I find for Heavy wall seems to be smooth double lined .013 thickness. If I am not mistaken I have read on this very sight to stay away from double wall liners.

Do you have a recommendation on which heavy wall 304 flex liner?
Single ply heavy wall liner. Not the 2 ply crap.

Thus far I have not found any flexible single ply heavy liners. Everything has been 2 ply of some kind.
Are you speaking of straight wall rigid liners?
Do you have a website or brand you can point me to that sells what it is you are recommending?

Here is one. https://www.z-flex.com/productcart/pc/Heavy-Wall-Flex-Liner-117p2395.htm

Most decent manufacturers make a heavy wall flex liner.
How about this?

But haven't I read to stay away from 2 ply liners?
