got a new gas furnace 5 years ago in fact replaced the whole hvac system as the ac unit( condenser) was one I had replaced about 1970- Point of this is that the units were made by Goodman- When I unpacked them there was a little baggie with about 10 different brand name labels for the units , so shop around big time as there is a lot of overpriced fancy labels out there and there are really only a couple mfg. Oh and that charging valve assembly for the ac condenser unit there are only 2 mfg. of those. Goodman is one. The original quotes were all in the 5g area- did the whole 9 yards for less than $1500 no wonder those guys are always driving such nice rides. 94% rating NG furnace- doubt weather it has more than 200 hours on it since install- Thanks Englander.

The oil boiler here was put in in 1962, American Standard. For the last 20 years, it's only run in the summer for hot water. The old pic shows when the Harman was hooked to it, last 3 seasons the Garn is set up with the same feed & return.
