harman xxv 3 blink code

I have a harman xxv thats 4 years old and its giving me the 3 blink code. SO i look it up and change the ESP probe and thinking that it would fix the problem and it did not. So after changing this probe its still giving me the 3 blink code and the stove wont shut off after plugging it in. I have searched the net and cant find anything at all.
Bad vacu-switch? or circuit board.
This has all happen when i did a yearly cleaning on the unit.

When you replaced your ESP did you replace it with an ESP of the same color? If not change dipswitch #5.

yes i changed it with the red color esp probe some probe thats in the unit

The shop I ordered the esp probe from tested the probe when I sent it back to them. So I'm ruling out the esp probe

Bad replacement probe? Bad terminal on the end of the wire or on the board? My 5 day old ESP chit the bed on a brand new stove.
