Hello,
New member, and new to pellet stoves. I just installed a Heatilator Eco-Cab50 and wasn't thrilled with using a mercury switch thermostat. I bought a LUX TX9100U thermostat and got online to download the PDF for complete instructions.
To the point:
Heatilator says in the directions for the stove, when installing a digital thermostat, set Heat Anticipator to lowest setting.
That's it. Not a lot to go on.
The LUX uses different terms. Temp Swing and Offset. Does anybody know how these terms relate, so I can set up my thermostat properly? I'm not exactly sure what Heatilators goal is in their idea of a "Heat Anticipator" setting.
Thanks for your help!
Cheers,
Dennis
