Interesting. So, hypothetically, a properly manages stack could be good for a decade or more without any loss in BTU value?
You may be right, he had a bunch of 8' long stuff still uncut and a bunch split and tossed in a pile. Best I have seen so far, lol.hard to tell from the photos, but I'd say there may be more than 30 cords. I have 26 or so right now and will be close to 30 pretty quick. Mine is scattered around though so it doesn't look like a huge amount unlike these photos.
I've seen yours JR and you have a good amount.
