Jotul Greenville installation

This may help others needing a similar installation. Last fall I had my Greenville installed in my fireplace suing the top flue collar. I didn't know at the time that the preferable setup would have been using the rear flue collar so the stove could sit further out on the hearth. This summer I had that changed, different installer, and I’m much happier with the increased heat output.

Also had a “T” installed for easier clean-outs.

Definitely a better setup. One thing to ask, is do you have ember protection beyond the hearth? Can’t see what is in front of the brick work.

Very happy with the stove. I’m coming from a Jotul insert which was also great but i wanted to get away from using a fan.
