king PK130 which thru wall exh pipe kit to buy?

is there any reason i can't just run a straight exhaust pipe through a wall thimble.
with no 90 deg turns I don't see I'd need a riser pipe.
The exhaust hole in the wall will be 24 inched above the ground, very little grass gows there due to it being a side of the house that never gets sunlight, no overhanging trees etc.
I'm trying to save money.

Sometime it's required to get above the snow line and windows that open.

I'm no expert, but I think for good draw you need to be at least above the stove?

The USSC manual for the KP130 says vent through the wall at least 18" above ground and then a minimum 3 ' rise. They also talk about distances from the outside wall on the vertical rise, from doors, windows and the termination. I would imagine the requirements are the pretty much standard.

There is no reason not to .
But add an end cap to it and turn it away from the prevailing wind
EG 45 degrees down

You need venting approved/certified for pellet stove use. It is double walled. but must be pellet stove certified. IE Natural gas venting is double wall but not approved for pellet stoves

ok thanks, I'll just wait for my november SS payment to buy the proper exh kit.

I pulled the exh fan, all the nuts were rusted, I had to soak them and still needed an impact, broke one but I'll buy all new.
New exh fan gasket came. I'm stuck until the exhaust pipe kit comes in Nov.
