After cleaning my flexible liner for which I had taken top cap off I noticed that the upper part of the liner is not attached securely to anything. I don't know whether the installer, who installed this last year, ever really secured this..I can see behind the liner where there is the insulation. I don't want to let rain get in behind the liner and soak the insulation and eventually drip down. Any suggestions how to re- secure the liner. I don't know if I can pull the liner up at all in order to get more liner to secre to the inside of the cap. Any suggestions?
