So the Jotul is performing well. if I keep it running continuously the furnace does not kick on. moving heat with box fan on floor heats up stairs no problem. if I do not fill stove at midnight the furnace will cycle once about 6am until I get stove up to temp. the north end of the house is chilly but not un bearable. so for a budget install I feel it works great.
The wood stock on the north end will be much welcomed for the continuous heat though and no fan.
