I have a Napoleon 1402 woodburning insert and yesterday my blower stopped working.
It had tripped the breaker on the electrical circuit, and when I re-set the breaker and attempted to turn the blower on again, it made a noise that sounded like loud distortion on a stereo speaker for about a second before tripping the breaker again. Anybody have this experience before? Any thoughts on where to start the troubleshooting process? How do I test the blower fan vs. the thermostatic control?
Any thoughts on how to start investigating this problem would be GREATLY appreciated!
Thanks,
