Your opinion matters!

Stop me if I am heading in the wrong direction.

I am down to three choices for a ZC fireplace for new construction.

Does anyone have advice or opinions from first hand experience regarding the Napoleon NZ26, BIS Nova (Lennox) or the RSF Topaz?

I need a durable (daily use), efficient, medium-small fireplace. I definately don't want the unit to feel flimsy or cheap.

One difficult challenge for me has been that the outside air duct either has to be optional or allowed to be installed up to 15' above the appliance.

I currently have a Nestor Martin stove and have enjoyed the quality and detailing but cannot wait until their new ZC is approved late next Spring to purchase.

Your help is very much appreciated!

Thanks
