Being a meat smoker I took the black cherry. Amazingly beautiful wood.
The last images show how sunlight darkens the cherry after a few days.

Beautiful wood. I burn a lot of cherry in the wood stove. Also I smoke ducks and chicken on my smoker using cherry wood.
