no, there are no markings, all stickers are goneDo you have a tag on the back? I do believe it’s a Blaze King. Maybe 80s?
I apologize, I read that thread yesterday before I became a member so I could not see the picture.Yup, here’s a discussion on one very similar!
Blaze King models
Hi, I'm new here. I found a Blaze King stove in my area for $600. I'm not sure what to look for in terms of problems, wear-and-tear, etc. I also don't know how to dtermine which model it is. Any pointers? Thanks!www.hearth.com
Not having a UL tag is a deal breaker for me. Some insurance companies will not write coverage for houses with un listed appliances.no, there are no markings, all stickers are gone
Nope.Since the UL tag is gone, it’ll have to be installed as an unlisted appliance. That’ll take up a lot of room. Maybe you can get replacement tags from BK?

with that, should I pass on the stove? sounds like it's going to be more trouble than it's worth use install and use? would you agree?Yes, that is a KT. Likely a KT302 Here is the manual under Archived Manuals: https://www.blazeking.com/manuals-and-brochures/
thank you sir for all your help, actually thank everyone for all the help. I have learned a lot in a short time about older stoves by reading several post on this siteI would pass. They are great stoves, but caveat emptor! Likely after 35 years, there are parts that could begin to falter.
