In The Woods
This was a smaller Cherry that we took down today, it's not much wood but getting it down opens up that trail.

I see wood differently . . . I don't see a small load of wood . . . I see a couple day's worth of heat sitting in a pile.

That’s a great catch phrase for this forum- “see wood........differently”.

The Cherry tree we felled is the first load (picture 1076) and the second smaller load is part of a branch that came off a rotten dead Cherry, it was getting late so there still are some of the bigger rounds left that will get split tomorrow.

I finished off a stack of 0.62 cord with the loads from today, I would've done more but part of the day was spent in town getting some last minute things done.
