I brought this up in another post but thought a new post was appropriate. Do people think a sprayed on truck bed liner would make a good tank liner? Rhino linings says their liners are rated to 190*F. You could make a tank from plywood or metal, put it in the back of a pickup, then bring it to the spray shop to get lined. Then bring it home and add put it in place and add bracing if needed. This would eliminate the bunching up in the corners problem with epdm.

I'd like to talk to the engineers that formulate the goo rather than the people who spray it on. It has to survive being under water and at temp continuously for many years. If it's as good as EPDM, then it's a great idea.

Armorthane even has a mobile spray unit and advertises use in industrial tanks.
