well, burning season has started and using up the last half ton of Chows from last year.
Forgot how ashy they are although very good heat..
I also tried a bag of O'Malley's from my Stash and they we're lot less ash..plenty hot.
Burned a bag of Energex Golden pellets this week also..
jesus.... less than 0.5 ash.. they were not kidding...Much Much cleaner
Think I will pass on the Home Depot brands next year and stick with O.Malley's and
The Golden Energex... kinda nice to have some low ash pellets for a change..
although I would burn the chows for heat any day of the week if they we're all I could get.
But The way Home Depot has been jacking up the prices this year is just pure greed as they know there was a shortage and they have taken full advantage of it. Done getting pellets from them.Who knows what they will charge next fall..
all the pellets in my signature we're 250.00 ton or less. HD here has all the lower grade[ or shoulder] pellets at just about what I paid at 249.00 ton..
