tulip and pine

I can get a seasoned cord of tulip and pine for 50.00, I realize it's not great wood but for 50.00 should I grab it ?

so long as it is a true cord (not a face cord, rick, truckload, whatever) $50 for a cord would be a GREAT deal. Hell, I'd buy 2 cords right now!

a full cord remember is 4x4x8 or 128cu ft.

If you have the storage and it is a full cord and it is DRY, then go for it. and as Andy said, buy 2!

As a face cord (usually measured around my parts as 1/3 a cord or 16inches x 4 x 8) then that had better a delivered price since that is soft woods.

If you burn part-time or for aesthetics, then go for it. Dry wood is dry wood. But it is going to burn differently than hardwoods if that is what you are used to.

I don't buy pine cause I always get it free.

But if you need wood and it's split and seasoned for $50 (full cord).
Heck the splitting and delivery is worth that!

I'm with Andy buy at least 2!

Even if I could get hardwood for $50 a cord, I would still cut/split/stack because it helps me keep my sanity.
