Well, it's now day two and the convection blower shut down for about 10 seconds and started back up again. First time I have noticed it. I will try to locate a dt thermocouple tomorrow. Thought I had it fixed......
Where does the end plug in? I know the one end attaches to the drop tube just not sure of the other.Well, it's now day two and the convection blower shut down for about 10 seconds and started back up again. So the conv jam came back. I unplugged it , it goes to auto clean and then it shows the top and front front door open and wont start. It is 2 here right now and no other means to heat. Anyway to jump things out? I need help!!At about 11:30 last night I found some sandpaper and really cleaned where the drop tube tc attaches with the wing nut. It started up and ran last night and all day today. Fingers crossed that this fixed it! I originally just scraped the area with a screwdriver but going back to what Kap said about cleaning that spot, I really cleaned it good.
So I checked all the wires and could not find anything wrong. I noticed if I opened the front door and the top, and then closed the top, it only showed the front door open. I closed the front door with the top open and then closed the top and it went in to startup mode. It seemed to take forever for the pellets to light (i thought the igniter went out too) and then all of the sudden it started up and has been running for about 45 minutes. I am worried what it will do when it shuts down for auto clean. If it does it again i will do the steps you said KapUnplug stove again and plug back in. Pull face off wall control and put back on. If that don't work, unplug stove, turn gray dial to 1. Plug stove back in, wait for it to do an auto-clean, then unplug again, and turn back to 0. Plug back in and see how it goes. If you have any downloaded fuel tables, it will delete them and go back to factory. Let us know. kap

Thanks Kap, it is just shutting down now. Sure hope it starts again, it is -2 outside now.You may want to check hopper lid an door sensors as they may need to be adjusted for a better connection. The gray dial is on the control board. kap
I agree, already looking at having the propane furnace checked. Hasn't been run in 7 yearsI would be looking for a back-up heat source too. Can't depend on just a stove.
Ok, found the gray dial, switched it to 1 as you said, plugged it back in and read the doors were open and would not auto cleanSo replaced dt thermo, now both the hopper and front door are reading open. I dont have a gray dial on the control board on the wall.
I checked the wires from the switches, all look good. Seems weird that both of them are malfunctioning.I put a new fan in 3 weeks ago.
