Hi, I'm building a house and was wanting a zero clearance wood fireplace. My main floor is around 2500 square feet. I came across the buckmaster by buckstove and wondered if anyone had an opinion on it. I haven't been able to find the firebox size on it yet. It is also a catalytic model. I've never run one before. Any opinions appreciated.

FIREPLACE SPECIFICATIONS
Emissions 2.7 grams/hr.
Maximum BTU Output/Hr. 54,300
Estimated Heating Capacity 1800 sq. ft.
Height 48"
Width 38-l/4"
Depth 27-3/8"
Flue Size 8" J.D.
Hot Air Ducts (Optional) 8"
Maximum Log Length 24"

Based on the firebrick layout it looks like about a 1.8 cu ft box. But that is just a guess. The model 80ZC might be better. It has a 2.6 cu ft firebox. Even that might be a little shy in size for 2500 sq ft unless the place has all 8 ft ceilings and is well insulated.
