First step up from splitting maul?

need a 20 amp circuit 110v, tends to trip the 15amp if there is too much load. typically constructed so 1 hand holds power button on and other operates valve, spring return of ram. had one some 25 years ago . If you have shoulder problems beats a mall. Didn't like to split anything over 8" dia. though.

I think that $75 splitter might be okay, I would surely test it before buying.
