why don't stove makers set the blower to pull the heat off the top and exaust to the floor,makes the most sense rather than draw clod air across the floor to put heat up in the air
 
Whut?

Most folks find that a convective loop is much easier if you make it as natural as possible. Cold on the floor - warm above that. You start pumping warm air from the bottom of the stove, you will shut the loop down.
 
Well, believe it or not, we once had a stove and the fan blew warm air out the bottom. We also hated that beast.

Works much better to circulate the air by moving cool air into the stove room. But methinks perhaps you have an insert. It would help us if you put the name of your stove in your signature line.
