I am over in England and am looking for a telephone number to contact Vermont Castings directlty, would anyone be able to help me in this matter?

I believe you will have to find a vermont castings stove dealer with questions. It seems near to impossible to speak with anyone directly.

What are you hoping to accomplish by contacting them? Do you need parts?

Yes I am after parts for a Vermont Vigilant.. A primary air tube and various other smaller pieces. There aren't many around in the uk unfortunately!

I've used them before and their customer service was pretty good at the time. They might ship to you if you call directly.

+1 on Black Swan. They were a big help on parts when I was rebuilding a VC WinterWarm last year, nice folks to deal with. I also had good experience with Woodman's Parts Plus
