Placed my order for the season on 9/12. Was initially told 1 - 5 weeks, that was 7 weeks ago. At 4 weeks I emailed supplier to ask whats up ..... they assured me within 1 - 2 weeks delivery would be made. The additional 2 weeks came and went yesterday - email to supplier on Monday asking for a status, no reply. Emailed again today asking for status and if there is a problem I needed to be made aware of.
At this time I am not going to disclose the name of the supplier I ordered from but I'm starting to get nervous. they initially assured me they had the product on site, then advised me when prividing a status 2 weeks ago that my product was on site. God help them if they contact me and advise me they do not have the pellets to fufill my order.

Sorry,as where I live there is no delivery.Yoall heard me wine last season,as I had none and had to pick up 10-15 bags every payday.This year I talked the local ace manager to get them in early,and yes I had to pay more(same price as last year) but have 4 ton in basement.But last year I was the sorry one,just the way money flows.To those that have theirs"in storage"just because you ordered and paid for them,they are not opligated to store them until you need them.Upon notification you usually have 30 days to pick them up,or they sell them.Just a thought.
