Currently using roughly 1000 gallons of oil. Adding a wood stove to cover 50-60% of heat use. How many full cords of seasoned ash can I expect to burn in a lopi liberty (guessing about 75-80% eff)?

Why not make it your math problem? Google heat value btu's of various woods at your estimated moisture content, assume your efficiency factor, and come up with an estimate, try it out next winter, and see how close you get. To be safe, have about 30% extra wood available, in all likelihood it is cheaper than oil. Good luck.

There is a fuel cost calculator in the information section, check it out.

Thanks Todd- You turned me on to a whole other batch of info I hadn't found before. This site is bottomless!
