New update. I can give it back to Travis indust for “Evaluation and Probable Repair” for 4-8 weeks or get a credit of $1500.00 for a new stove. This mean I will lose $1200.00 on a two year old stove. Not much of a choice.

Hmm, those cracks are right on the bend relief for that flange. The flange bend location is into the relief radius. That creates higher stress in the steel. The reliefs should have been cut deeper. Design issue.

Maybe you should call Travis Industries to help them out with this issue. They are trying to blame me for the crack, stating I over fired the stove.
Hey Roy, what is the manufacture date on your Evergreen, because mine doesn't look like that!
