Nice pile. Hard to say but my guess is 2.5. What kind of wood?

Thanks. I am not very good with wood types but mostly oak, a little cherry and a little various types. I believe someone said in another thread that some looked like red oak. Its a combination of scrounges.

When you get it stacked, there is a sticky thread for a cord calculator in this forum. I am going to say 2-2.5 cord also.

That's some thin splits. I'll guess 3

Sitting on 4 *4 pallets (40" x 48") = ~14.66' diam.
Formula for a cone is V = π r2 * h/3
= 3.14 * 53.75 * (5/3) CF
= 281.3 CF /128 CF/cord
= 2.2 cord, but since it has more volume at top probably closer to 3.
(But I never guess right on the number of gum balls in the jar.)
Yes, let us know how much it stacks out.

I'm guessing 2 cords.

The final tally is in......3.38 cords and pictures!
