Lucky Dog! You taking it all?

Very nice score. Doesnt get much easier then that. Is that stack in the back his as well?

Yes taking it all. Not sure about the back stack. I'll take some pics when I get home. Best part of it is I can back right up to it!

Super score :)

Good find! Let us know what kind of wood it is. Can't tell by the picture.

Man! Don't run into that kind of score everyday - congrats! Cheers!

This is the time of the year to get em! Great score!

ok so got there and found out how much there really was! Going to be at least 8 pickup loads, probably more. This will put me over 4 years ahead now! First load was just some scrappy stuff. Sass, poplar, birch and some ash. Measure fresh between 8-12% MC. All wood pictured has been split and stacked for 2-3 years! Poor guy cut it all by hand and is moving and forced to get rid of all of it.

Ka-ching! Nice score!

Wow?.....

If you needed good wood? You just hit the mother load! Very few NEWBs get that lucky. That looks to be some 2-3 year old wood (some may be 1 yr?)

I would be buying that gentleman a case or bottle of his favorite beverage! That is almost an entire seasons worth of wood!!

Congrats!

That is the total score!
I keep my eyes open for stuff like that all the time.

I thought that they were reverse Jehovah Witness's, you start loading your truck and out come the Bibles!

pics don't do it justice, some of the stacks are two deep and there is more there than shown (including half cord of rounds) Definitely over a seasons worth for me. I'm thinking just over 5 cords.

Great CL find!! Only way that score could be better is if it loads itself in your stove too!

You lucky dog, there was one of those in my neck of the woods a couple months ago but was just a bit to far for me to make multiple trips, someone scooped it up pretty quick though. With all the wood downed by storms you have to give it away to get it out of your yard.

ya was lucky enough to catch it an hour after it was posted. its a 19 mile trip but thats only really about 10 bucks in gas per load. but remember no running a saw or splitter so evens it out really
