Need help to identifying chimney pipe

Hi,

I need help to identifying chimney pipe. I've buy an old heritage cartier wood stove with 2100 chimney(this Is the seller told me) and double wall chimney on kijiji for install in my house but the stickers was removed and i can't found what is brand of chimney. I need to find compatibles parts.
