New way to stack??

Have gone by this house a few times and seen his storage (racks) they look like satellite dishes. They are not solid but mesh so rain would drain.

Anyone ever seen these before. I would think the splits in the middle might not dry so well.

The legs look a bit weak. They are all off angle.
 
Looks like he might be working on a three-year plan; That stuff on the left looks like it's been there a while. >> That Holz looks like it's on a 10' C-band dish...that's gonna be three cords at least. Plus microwave radiation will be focused in the center of the stack; Maybe this Holz actually will dry wood faster. ==c

Maybe you're right! In which case TV reception would be unaffected.
 
Looks like the before picture before the after (collapse) picture (Easy 1000# on there) Maybe he lined the dishes with reflective aluminum and left the splits very loosely stacked. The reflective solar heat is super drying those splits?
