Well yesturday I had an Idea because I am out of money in my budget for the fence this year. I decided to make a wood fence in the back yard until I can fence it next year so that meant pallet gates. ::-) My truck is not normally in the back yard but the new fence means lots of cleanup. The villiage is gonna crap logs when they see this I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder and everyone but the village. ;lol

Nice theft deterrent systemusing nature's own punishment. The pallet fence doesn't look that bad. Hey, ya gotta do what you gotta do!

Poison Ivy works great as a theft deterrent if they can see it, but they don't feel the effects till later. Stinging nettles work great too, and don't just punish but help deter the theft immediately.

As long as you built it with the good side out what can they say.....

Only improvement I would suggest is to nail a decorative piece of some sort onto it, like maybe one of those metal stars.....no, NO, better yet, it would look GREAT with one of those reflective tractor triangles nailed to it

Hahaha, I've never been so proud of one of buddies as I am right now. REDNECKS UNITE WE WILL PREVAIL!!!!! Instead of that kindling, I want a trailer load of pallets, I'm gonna build me one of those. A C

I can get you as many as you want AC haha !

Pete
Pallets are few and far between around here. I ask all the time and the big box store gives you 1 or 2
I even offer to buy them and they say they can't sell them. No skew number. I use long 3 or 4 inch thick straight pieces.

Ummmm Pete, I was serious. I may just do that across my back lot.

Well in that case I can fit 14 in the gmc maybe 20 without the box.

Pete
Just bring em when you're done with my big trailer. It'll hold a few.

Maybe if I can ship pallets banded together but then youd be going to freightquote.com and watching your eyes pop out at cost :p

Pete
I'll bet. Thanks for the thought though Pete.
