Not that warm rebel duck man here in Kentucky but certainly up and down like a yoyo. Makes woodburning frustrating with getting the house too hot at times and stove running hard to keep up at other times.

Wow I like cold weather but that's a little too cold!
The temps you saw are what we call a January thaw
Cold is -20 to -40 with a wind chill of -50 now your getting into sweater weather
and you can hear the ice on the river crack for miles

Same here. Looking like 50's and 60's for the next two weeks in Central VA. Time for the propane central heat to kick in. The stove is too sluggish in those high temps.
 
aw come on that is barley long sleeve t-shirt weather - 38F day about 20F tonight - thats warm here week ago it was single digits above and below the 0 mark

Being in Canada temps are given in ::C so -20::C = -4::F
-40::C = -40::F
-50::C = -58::F
now you have to admit that's cold !!!
