What exactly is idling?

Yep it sounds like they all work on the princple of Wide Open or Not
What we each chose to call the "Not" phase is the cause of some peoples arguements
A local WG burner was over looking at my set up , and he said hey yours does the same thing as mine without the motor shutting it down. To which I replied Yep "Wide Open or Not".
To which he repiled "Yours isn't stainless". Ya you got me there
