Looked at this 2003 Osburn 2200 - opinions?

Hi,

I just looked at this wood stove and am considering purchasing it. It was installed in the house it has just been removed from in December of 2003. Conforms to ULC-S627 and UL-1482.

Let me know what you think. I am pretty sure I could purchase the stove for $400-500.

Looks pretty clean. Not a bad deal for $400. It'll probably need some new firebrick by next spring and maybe a door gasket.
