Thanks all for the input on the CAT -- I'll look into getting a new one ASAP. Is OEM best? Or do folks have preferred after market vendors?

Just as a sanity check, can someone confirm that for the Auber CAT probe I want the AT100TC/WRNK-191(6")?

I run then AT100TC (if you search I made a thread on installing it on my encore). I bought the longer thermocouple which is fine, but definitely longer than it needs to be.
